What is a Stub
A stub is used as a "marker" for a page that has no content... and is waiting to be filled out into a proper article.
Ideally the Forum Nokia Wiki should contain as many stubs as possible - with the ultimate goal of developing them into full articles. Creating stubs can encourage contribution, and should point the way toward the future directions that the Wiki can grow.
