CMdaAudioPlayerUtilty::OpenUrl()尚未实现

目前S60平台尚未支持CMdaAudioPlayerUtility::OpenUrlL()，调用改方法时程序不会发生异常，但 MMdaAudioPlayerCallback::MapcInitComplete()会返回KErrNotSupported(-5)错误。
- 解决方法：
http://URLs 尚未被支持。但S60第二版FP2向后，我们可以通过CVideoPlayerUtility::OpenUrlL()来打开rtsp://URLs下的RealAudio(只能是音频）流
