Create a MIDP Application Using Drag 'n' Drop
From Forum Nokia Wiki
Rapid Application Development (RAD) is a commonly used technique for developing standard desktop applications. NetBeans Mobility 4.1 introduces Visual Designer, a RAD tool for developing J2ME/MIDP applications. In addition to drag-n-drop support for visual design and definition of the individual UI components, Visual Designer also offers the same intuitive drag-n-drop style of development to design and manage application flow. It's an excellent way to get things started with the basics and rapidly generate hundreds of lines of code, so you can instead concentrate on the more difficult parts of the application.
