What is the go button? Has this disappeared in the new look and feel? I'm struggling to work out how to create a page!

I have HelloWorld project, there are 5 file .cpp in src folder: -HelloWorld.cpp -HelloWorldApplication.cpp -HelloWorldAppUi.cpp -HelloWorldAppView.cpp -HelloWorldDocument.cpp What is the role of each file? Thanks a lot.
