Feature phone
From Forum Nokia Wiki
A feature phone is a regular mobile phone, in contrast with a smartphone. It typically runs a propriatery mobile operating system that may or may not enable ISVs to write 3rd party software for these phones.
Feature phones are less advanced phones, usually they don't have touch-screen, QWERTY keyboard, unable to make WiFi connection, web access, etc. Consequently, the price of feature phones is much lower than that of smartphones'.
