GetClipHeight returns wrong value in full screen mode

Description
GetClipHeight() returns the wrong value when using full screen mode. It returns the height of screen when full screen mode is not active.
Solution
Do not use GetClipHeight(). Instead hard code the clip height to the height of the screen
