HAL(Hardware Abstraction Layer)API提供了关于CPU类型，架构，以及时钟速度等信息。但是，大部分S60第三版手机所提供的返回值是错误的。


下列代码返回了错误的CPU时钟速度，和CPU ABI(Application Binary Interface):
