How to specify the RAM for Emulator
From Forum Nokia Wiki
You can specify RAM memory using epoc.ini file to simulate original device.
Use MegabytesOfFreeMemory to specify the desired memory for simulation purpose.
For example to simulate the device with 18 MB RAM the entry looks like
MegabytesOfFreeMemory 19
The MegabytesOfFreeMemory setting turns on a mechanism which limits the overall memory.
