Hutchinson 3G security domains

In general Hutchinson 3G security domain policy follows pretty closely the MIDP 2.0 security domain policy and API access rights. All the MIDP security domains have been implemented, but there are some further restrictions for user data access, locationing and smart card communication for both untrusted 3rd party domain as well as trusted 3rd party domain.
