SMS messaging client API in S60 SDK is broken.

Symptoms
Cannot implement sending SMS message.
Detailed description
Etelbgsm.h header is missing from the SDK. Necessary settings such as SMS center for an SMS message is dependent on the Etelbgsm.h header.
How to reproduce

Solution
It is possible to work around the issue by copying the header from the Nokia 9200 Communicator Series SDK and include it in the S60 SDK.
