KIS000694 - SIP clients must reregister after temporarily losing the network connection

If the PDP context is lost (for example, due to temporary loss of network coverage), the SIP stack clears all SIP registration and dialog data.

Once the connection has been re-established, SIP clients must also reregister with the server.
