N-Gage Games

This is for the original N-Gage games which were available for the N-Gage QD. The next generation is at N-Gage Next generation

First Generation Open source for games

The game Avalanche+ was initially on the N-Gage. The source code is now available and could easily be ported to S60 mobile phones. Some work has already been done converting the sound for the game to S60 Mobile and appears to be working on Nokia 6600.

The Frozen Bubble originally appeared on N-Gage. The source code is now available and could easily be ported to S60 mobile phones.


Community

There is still local community support at local meeting groups using Bluetooth. Online gaming was only available in the later devices. This uses S60 edition 1.0 and no firmware upgrade support


Developers

There seems little activity on the original N-Gage, and effort should be directed to the new N-Gage
