Problem installing the same MIDlet to phone memory and memory card

Description
There is a known issue with S60 Java regarding installation of a same MIDlet to memory card (or other removable media) and phone memory.
How to reproduce
1. Install a MIDlet to memory card.
2. Remove memory card from the device.
3. Install the same MIDlet to phone memory.
4. Insert memory card (containing the same MIDlet) to the device.
5. Uninstall one of the duplicated MIDlet installations.
6. Try to start MIDlet -> MIDlet doesnt launch.
Workaround
Uninstall the MIDlet again and install to either phone memory or memory card. Now the MIDlet can be started again.
