Required capabilities for Messaging application

If we are using new SendAs API (RSendAs), we don't need any capabilities as the user can grant the right to use messaging features with a "single shot" grant.

In other cases:

  • A messaging application is usually using an operator network so we always need NetworkServices.
  • When our application is reading incoming (or locally stored) messages, we need ReadUserData.
  • When our application is sending messages, we need WriteUserData.
  • If our applcation is reading or manipulating message service settings, we need ReadDeviceData / WriteDeviceData accordingly.
