Detailed description
I am running several instances of my application on the same server, connecting to the same MMSC, and sending a single MMS from each application at the same time.  There seems to be no order in which I get the submit response.  How should my SDK be configured?

You should define the callback address as
http://<driver-machine>:<port>/axis/services/MMSServiceSOAPPortCallback1
