Lots of confusion

Salut Bogdan,

there are several confusing issues in the article and in the context of the day to day discussions we see on DiBo the most annoying ones for me are the confusions between the programming language and IDE, between the IDE and compiler, between language and SDK.

Dev-C++ is not a compiler, it is an IDE. And if you have and open source IDEs or compilers out there it does not mean that the programming language is open-source ...
