This article illustrates the way to get a developer certificate. The step by step process for the same is described in this article. Signing is the process by which we can run our application on our device. An unsigned application will not able to access some sensitive functionalities of your device or amy not even installed on the device depending on the security setting installed by the manufracturer. It is also possible to get our certificate self-signed. Basic capabilities can be granted to self signed applications. But to get Extended capabilities we will require developer certificate.
