Scrollbars are very important part of web run widget. While surfing net scrollbar design (visualization and size) is very important for the user.For this reason the designer must design scrollbar such that, it should be stylish and small in size.

In this article the design issues are discussed by programming and the output is shown graphically. Also the size and colours of scrollbar are changed by programming.
