Python for S60 is on of the best available application development options if one wants to develop an application rapidly. Apart from rapid development feature, by no means we need to make a compromise in effecyivemess of the application as PyS60 have a very wide range of APIs which almost cover all device funtionalities.
This article gives a good introduction on how one can start developing applications in PyS60, this article basically target newbies and covers each and every topic starting from SDK installation, APIS available in PyS60 and the article completes with a simple explanation example.
This article is a translation from portuguese, it show howto start developing in PyS60 with a clear language and practical samples. Very instrutive in my opnion.
Article is somewhat outdated - it links to www.s60.com which is closed, there is no mention of 5th edition of S60 in the introduction section - but well written and instructive just as Ramiroluz written. I also like that author didn't stopped at "hello world" type of app and that there are pictures - it could be just code and text, but this way it looks and reads way better. --Warjan 21:08, 3 September 2009 (UTC)
