This article introduced new features provided by MIDP 3.0.Its main advantage is that it specifies behavior of CLDC,CDC,OSGi,independently.It allows access to multiple MIDlets,its allows background running of MIDlet,autolaunched,allows MIDlet to MIDlet communication etc. Its adds more security to RMS.It use IPv6 for for secure internet connection.

Articles gives great advantage and source to developers to add new features as it becomes open source and its is backward compatible with MIDP 2.0. I think article can becomes very useful source for experienced developers to get differences and new features of MIDP 3.0
