It's a veru useful component to use in simulations and guided tours. As author has mentioned, it is mostly used in eLearning courses, mLearning here. The controller will allow the use to move to any location within the animation.

The author has comprehensively detailed the way to use the component. Even though the component is fully functional, I would like if the user is allowed to click on the slider bar and control the position. Currently user can only drag the notch to jump to a location within the aniamtion but to be more user-friendly it should allow clicking on the slider-base to jump to a perticular location within the animation movielclip.--Sangramp@cybage.com 05:14, 23 September 2009 (UTC)
