Sensors - a popular feature of modern devices. This article helps you to recognize which devices supports sensors and what kind of sensors currently exists in Nokia devices. Unfortunatly there are a lot of difference in Nokia Sensor APIs for different platforms. Therefore it is necessary to clearly understand what platform you want to support in your application. Also in this article contains a list of popular applications which use sensors. These applications could help you to find an idea how to utilize sensors of the particular device.

Reference information is needed for:
- the fact that N95, N93 and N82 have all the same sensor
N95 8GB with sensor return same values as 5500 between -300 and 300 for X,Y,Z axes. 1G=300 Plugin for N95 return values between -64 and 64. 1G=64
- relevance in this context for N93i's digital zoom :)
- the fact that apps like RotateMe are going to be released (work on) other devices than N95. At least about one of the apps I know for sure that it has not been tested on all those devices.

SAPI
Could you add some precisions about SAPI ? Only 5800 seems to support it ... Could you test if sensor framework is supported in others 3rd FP2 devices (N79,N85,N96) ? You could use SensEx test application for this. Cyke64
