Point out that DevCert-signed apps are not backed up in pre-FP1

This should really point out that on 3rd Edition devices prior to FP1 this will not work for DevCert-signed applications, and therefore cannot be accurately tested without Symbian Signing (if Extended capabilities are used) - in other words, link to KIS000544.

Also should perhaps explicitly make a statement about self-signed apps - how are they handled in restore? Does this depend on the setting of "Software installation - All/Signed only"?
