Tips for submitting DevCert requests
From Forum Nokia Wiki
These tips are helpful with devcerts targeted at Nokia manufacturer, if you are submitting for a general Symbian Signed devcert, please ignore this article.
Adding IMEIs
To add IMEIs to your existing, and approved, DevCert request you can click on the "request ID" link. This will open a new request template for you. The template will be pre-filled with your old request details - you'll only need to upload a new .csr file with the new IMEIs. By doing this your DevCert will be automatically approved and you'll be able to download created DevCert immidiately.
You will save lots of time when adding IMEIs this way. One should not create a new request from scratch; as that will indeed be processed as a new request.
Use comments
Use the comments field to add notes to your DevCert request; just as you would comment on a blog.
If the manufacturer needs additional comments from you they will post a comment to your request; and you will receive an e-mail indicating that you have a new comment waiting for your action.
